Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


  • Canada: Standard shipping (2–7 business days)
  • United States: Standard shipping (5–10 business days)
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on location (10–20 business days on average).



Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, postal service backlogs, or weather.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ares Fabrication is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—such as tariffs, duties, or import taxes—are the customer’s responsibility.


Damages

Ares Fabrication is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Ares Fabrication cannot be held responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
